In 2021-2022, I led the rebranding of Honey Helps. My role included updating the brand identity, designing a new website, and creating an app interface for their online sales software. Honey Helps is a honey-selling fundraiser for children, allowing them to sell honey door-to-door or online. This initiative not only supports educational programs but also teaches kids valuable skills in entrepreneurship and community involvement.
I designed a simple website for Honey Helps that explains their mission and company values while providing a way to reach out to them and estimate earning potential. This project was very different to my other work, as I incorporated charming and whimsical elements to maintain a fun, family-friendly theme.
For the app I designed, I began by creating and prototyping a grayscale wireframe to outline the layout. After receiving approval, I developed a colored version of the interface, which we then sent to the developer to build the app. This insightful project taught me a lot about app development and the various steps required to design an application properly.
